The Griffith rests in one of the most walkable neighborhoods in Los Angeles: Silver Lake.  With its countless restaurants, cafes, bars and shops it will take you years to visit them all.

Just take a quick stroll down Griffith Park Blvd and you will arrive at Sunset Junction, home to cuisines from around the world. Whether you are in the mood for tacos or sushi or even standard bar food you will find it all right here. 

And don't forget to cook at home every once in awhile, the neighborhood has several grocery stores to choose from.

Transportation

The Griffith is located within walking distance of the Vermont / Sunset station on the Metro Red Line making is easy to swing over to Hollywood to catch a show at the Pantages Theater or Hollywood Bowl or head downtown. 

With a quick transfer you can be in Korea Town in minutes or be on your way to Santa Monica Pier for a day at the beach.
